10 minutes a day is all it takes for your child to create art that makes them smile, even if itās their very first drawing.
Most kids naturally reach for games and videos when they pick up an iPad. It's just easier and more immediately rewarding.Ā
But you've probably wondered if some of that time could spark their creativity instead.
Maybe you've heard about Procreate - that amazing digital art app that could turn screen time into something genuinely productive. You might have even downloaded it, hoping your child would discover a new creative outlet.
But here's the thing - Procreate can feel overwhelming for anyone, especially kids. All those buttons, tools, and blank canvases can actually discourage them from even trying.
That's about to change.
ā
Imagine this...
Your child running up to you, iPad in hand, eyes glowing, and saying āLook what I made!ā
They canāt wait to show you the happy squid they just drew ⦠or the silly fruit characters ⦠or the birthday card they made for grandma.
That proud smile when they realize they can actually make real art ⦠that's what this course is all about.
I've been creating and teaching digital art for 20+ years and worked with brands like Sephora, Piaget, and Tiffany & Co.
But here's what I didn't know: how to teach children.
When parents started asking about courses for their kids, I realized my adult teaching methods wouldn't work.Ā
Through conversations with families and lots of trial and error, I learned that children need their own approach entirely.Ā
So I spent months creating my first course designed specifically for young artists, using the same professional techniques I've developed over decades, just broken down into simple, confidence-building projects.
This course is what happens when you take 20+ years of adult teaching experience and completely rethink it for kids.
You know what's amazing about kids? When they like something, they can focus really well. The trick is giving them projects that feel doable and fun right from the start.
I designed these lessons for kids who like to move between different activities. They're short and exciting, with lots of visual action and quick results.Ā
No sitting still for half an hour listening to boring explanations. Your kid makes something cute right away, which makes them want to see what comes next.
After they learn these basics, they can make anything they can think of. The really cool part happens when they realize they can use these same tools to make their own ideas come to life.
Every project teaches important skills while keeping the fun part first, so your child learns how to use the tools and feels confident about making art.
ā
I made sure to explain everything in simple words and show each step clearly, so your kids can follow along on their own.
But many parents discover these lessons are actually really enjoyable to do together!Ā
There's something wonderful about watching your child's creativity unfold, and lots of families end up making it a regular bonding activity where everyone gets excited about the next project.
The course adapts to however your little one likes to learn. Some kids love the independence of creating on their own, while others thrive with a parent cheering them on or creating alongside them.
Both ways work beautifully - it's all about what feels right for your child and your family.
Traditional art supplies are irreplaceable - the texture of paper, the unpredictability of paint, the permanence that teaches patience.
Thatās why, this course isn't meant to replace crayons, markers, or paint - it's designed to work alongside them and make traditional art even more fun.
Digital art is a powerful starting point because kids can experiment without fear. It's like giving them a practice space where they can figure out what they want to make, then create it however they want.
ā
ā Try a color and hate it? Change it instantly
ā Want to add polka dots to everything? There's a stamp for that
ā Made a "mistake"? Undo and try again without starting over
ā
Once your child creates something digitally, they can print it and continue with crayons, markers, or paint. They can trace it, color over it, or use it as inspiration for entirely new traditional artwork.Ā
Plus, let's be honest - building a collection of art supplies that includes dozens of colors, different brushes, paper or canvas, can easily cost $400 or more.Ā
This course gives your child access to unlimited colors, brushes, and creative tools for a fraction of that cost, while still encouraging them to pick up those physical art supplies too.
šÆ FUNdamental Learning
We learn through play, not pressure. Every lesson feels fun, not like a chore.
šØ Quick Confidence Wins
Short, engaging lessons keep kids focused, build confidence quickly, and make them excited for the next project.
āļø Only the Easy Tools
We use just simple and fundamental Procreate tools - Brush, Colors, Undo/Redo, and Resize/Move. Real learning in a fun way.Ā
š Make It Their Own
Kids choose their own colors, expressions, and details. Every artwork becomes uniquely theirs.

Getting models that work with Procreate out of the box is quite tricky as the feature is so new. As demonstrated in the video below, the UV mapping of the models you can buy and download on the 3D model libraries online is not configured to be Procreate compatible in most cases. You'll sometimes encounter difficulties such as incomplete color fills, messy lines etc. while using any of the Procreate painting tools.
ā
5 Models are included in the course, and on the checkout you have an option to add 25 Fashion & Clothing 3D models for free to your order. These models are specially optimized for seamless use in Procreate, so you'll be able to paint models that will look as realistic as possible. Commercial license is included, so you can use the model freely in any commercial projects, too. See model previews below.
